VANCOUVER, B.C. -- The Canucks made two minor lineup changes prior to Game 5 against Chicago on Thursday as Cody Hodgson and Aaron Rome are returning to the lineup in exchange for Victor Oreskovich and Keith Ballard.

Ballard and Oreskovich have played each game in the series. Ballard even played a personal series-high 14 minutes and 50 seconds in Game 4. Hodgson played the first two games of the series, recording an assist and a minus-1 rating. Rome played in Game 2, but logged only 5:27 of ice time.

Hodgson will start the game centering the third line between Mason Raymond and Jannik Hansen. Rome will be on the third defensive pair with Sami Salo.
