Kentucky's Lamb comes off bench against Florida

Kentucky guard Doron Lamb has entered the Southeastern Conference tournament championship game against Florida, coming off the bench because of an ankle injury.

DeAndre Liggins had started Sunday's game in Lamb's place.

Lamb sprained his left ankle when battling for a rebound during No. 15 Kentucky's 72-58 semifinal win over Alabama on Saturday. He couldn't put any pressure on the ankle as he was helped to the bench.

Lamb worked with a trainer on the side during pregame warmups Sunday and then entered the game with 12:47 remaining in the first half.

Liggins also had what he called a "minor tweak" to his ankle against Alabama, but did not appear to favor it in warmups.
