New York Red Bulls waive Chinn, Garcia, hire Lee

HARRISON, N.J. – The New York Red Bulls have waived forward Conor Chinn and midfielder Irving Garcia.

Chinn played in five regular season matches during his rookie year, logging 29 minutes. He earned four starts in the U.S. Open Cup, scoring three goals.

Garcia did not appear in any regular season matches last season. The rookie made four appearances in the U.S. Open Cup, including two starts.

The Red Bulls also hired David Lee as a performance analyst, responsible for video analysis of the Red Bulls and their opponents.

Lee held a similar job with Exeter City of England's third division from 2009.
