Simona de Silvestro did enough in her rookie IndyCar season to win a long-term commitment from HVM Racing.

The team says Entergy Nuclear has agreed to become de Silvestro's primary sponsor for the next three seasons, keeping de Silvestro in her familiar No. 78 car.

The 22-year-old Swiss driver finished 19th in points last season. She was chosen the Indianapolis 500 rookie of the year after finishing 14th. She started 22nd. But de Silvestro also burned her right hand June 5 at Texas when IndyCar's safety team could not immediately put out a fire in her car.

She started 17 races, finishing in the top 10 twice. De Silvestro also led four laps in 2010.

Entergy wants to promote clean, low-cost and reliable nuclear energy.
