Krystal Thomas scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help No. 3 Duke beat Georgia Tech 69-32 on Friday night.

Tricia Liston added nine points off the bench for the Blue Devils (18-0, 4-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who defeated the Yellow Jackets for the 32nd consecutive time.

Duke blew open the game with a 13-0 run early in the second half, extending its home winning streak to 18 games. It was the 100th victory for Joanne P. McCallie as coach of the Blue Devils.

Three players scored six points to lead the Yellow Jackets (16-5, 4-1), whose school-record 13-game winning streak ended in their most lopsided loss of the season.

Alex Montgomery, who entered the game averaging a team-high 14.5 points, finished with a season-low two points on 0-for-7 shooting from the field.

In addition to committing a season-high 32 turnovers, Georgia Tech finished with season-low figures for points, field goals (12), field-goal percentage (.286), assists (six) and steals (four).

The Yellow Jackets snapped North Carolina's 14-game winning streak on Jan. 6 en route to their first 4-0 start in ACC play, but they couldn't halt their skid against the Blue Devils.

Georgia Tech has not beaten Duke since Feb. 27, 1994, losing 16 of the past 17 meetings by at least 12 points.

The Yellow Jackets led 6-3 on Friday, but Duke took control with a 21-6 run over a 10-minute stretch to lead 26-15 at halftime.

Georgia Tech shot 7 for 28 from the field in the first half, getting no points from Montgomery.

Duke shot 7 for 25 from the field as leading scorer Jasmine Thomas was held to a pair of free throws with 54.9 seconds left in the half.

Montgomery, who picked up two quick fouls in each half, went to the bench with her fourth foul with 18:06 remaining in the game.

The Blue Devils went on their 13-0 run as soon as Montgomery departed. Haley Peters had four points, and Chelsea Gray found Karima Christmas and Thomas for layups during the spurt.

Georgia Tech did not get its first field goal of the second half until Metra Walthour made a jumper with 12:41 remaining to cut Duke's lead to 41-19.

Before that, the Yellow Jackets were 0 for 5 with seven turnovers in the half.
