Having snapped their losing streak on Tuesday, the Toronto Maple Leafs will try for back-to-back victories when they host the New Jersey Devils in one of five games on Thursday's NHL schedule.
The Leafs rallied from a 4-1 deficit to beat Nashville 4-1, ending an eight-game losing streak. The Devils are coming off a 3-0 loss at Boston on Monday as they try to get back into the playoff race after a slow start.
The Devils-Leafs game is one of three that starts at 7 p.m. ET. The Boston Bruins host Florida in a battle of teams that posted victories on the road Wednesday -- the Bruins won 3-2 at New York, the Panthers edged the Thrashers 2-1 in Atlanta. The Tampa Bay Lightning, a 4-2 winner Wednesday night on Long Island, travel to Philadelphia to face the Flyers, who had a day off following a 3-0 loss at Montreal on Tuesday.
A half-hour later, Nashville visits Montreal.
The final game of the night begins at 9 p.m. ET when San Jose, a 4-3 overtime loser at Colorado on Wednesday, visits Dallas. The Stars are coming off a 2-1 home win against Anaheim on Tuesday.
