Red Sox manager Francona, OF Cameron ejected

TORONTO (AP) — Boston Red Sox manager Terry Francona and outfielder Mike Cameron have been ejected for arguing with plate umpire Jeff Kellogg in the seventh inning against Toronto.

Cameron was tossed Saturday for arguing from the dugout after he struck out looking against Blue Jays right-hander Jason Frasor for the second out of the inning.

Cameron and Francona came out of the dugout to confront Kellogg, with Francona sending Cameron back to the bench before resuming the argument.

Francona waved his hand in Kellogg's face after being ejected and was walled off by third base umpire Larry Vanover and first base ump Jeff Nelson, jabbing his finger in Kellogg's direction before leaving the field.

It was Francona's second ejection this season and the 28th of his managerial career. Cameron's ejection was his first of the year.
