Ethier hits 2-run HR as Dodgers top Indians 11-2

GOODYEAR, Ariz. (AP) — Chad Billingsley pitched five strong innings and Andre Ethier hit a two-run homer to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to an 11-2 win over the Cleveland Indians on Monday night.

Cleveland starter Justin Masterson struck out six over 5 2-3 innings and made a throwing error that led to an unearned run. The right-hander was hit in the upper right back by Blake DeWitt's hard one-hopper in the fourth inning. Ethier followed with his homer.

Rafael Perez gave up run-scoring singles to Matt Kemp and Casey Blake after replacing Masterson in the sixth.

Billingsley allowed three hits, three walks and one run — Travis Hafner's RBI single in the first.
