WWII Veteran Maintains Museum of War Artifacts

Jerome O. Oxman oversees a museum in Vernon, Calif., that sees about 100 visitors, mainly war enthusiasts,  a month. And he’s something of a celebrity. He often speaks with visitors about the items and will even sign an occasional picture for a guest, which adds to its family-business atmosphere.
