Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the former International Monetary Fund chief who allegedly sexually assaulted a maid in his New York City hotel room, is shacking up in this town house in New York's tiny Tribeca neighborhood. He's under house arrest, but this isn't just any house. It's a $14 million palace that he's renting for $50,000 a month, complete with a spa, private movie theater, roof deck, terrace and even a bar.
