Located near Giants Stadium in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in New Jersey, construction of the facility began in 2004 but its completion had been delayed by several ownership changes before Triple Five took over the project. Although it is already 80 percent complete, the company plans to add a number of unique features, including the nation's largest Ferris Wheel and an aquarium.
