Korean BBQ

Korean barbeque, also known as gogi gui, can be prepared with pork, chicken, beef or other meats. This dish pictured is made with Marinated Sirloin Slices, onion, oyster mushrooms and served with fresh lettuce wrap.

Banchan

Banchan are small side dishes that are served with rice at a Korean meal. They are served in small portions and are shared by everyone.

Kimchi

Kimchi is a spicy pickled vegetable which is usually served at every meal. The Kimchi pictured is made with a Chinese cabbage called baechu and a mix of seasonings.

Seafood Pancake

Korean pancakes are made with egg, flour and scallion. The seafood in this pancake includes Shrimp, Squid, Crabmeat, and Pollack.

Seafood Tofu Soup

Soup is typically served during the main course in a Korean meal. This seafood soup is made with tofu and vegetables in a mild broth.

Stirfried Tofu Trio

This dish is prepared with spicy kimchi, pork, clear noodle, and rice cake served with hand-made tofu triangles.

Rice

A bowl of freshly cooked rice comes for parties of two or more.
