" Hello America --. We've got a great show for you tonight. Stick around for the whole hour if you will we wanna talk first a little bit about health care but it's. It's much deeper than that I mean over NBC they're having green week oh, thats great. Al Gore's going to be on oh. He's dreaming I mean in a wooden puppet sort of way. They're going to be asking everybody to go green over at NBC and to turn on the television and watch TV. Now I'm trying to figure this one out all day because in California they're trying to ban big screen TVs. Sole GE GE trying to. Wouldn't have people. I mean they turn -- on, think about it too much because it doesn't make sense. Today while NBC is having green week we're going purple and in fact we've invited some guess guests area. you see what I'm saying, shirt people these are the people that can that can. Are the only ones really they can help make sense out of this health care bill because without the purple shirt this bill. You -- you look at this and say why in the world would we ever do this why this is over 2000 pages just to run health care. This is seventeen pages but it's the constitution. This one runs the entire country. This line one runs health -- care doesn't seem right here you remember the polls I just gave you. America has spoken clearly consistently. We don't want this and for the first time in history we don't think it's the government's place to give it to us -- were of Reading this from time to time now. We are skews excuse analogy but I feel like it's true really young girls saying -- no help men the government is Roman Polanski. In the end I think we're all gonna be cowering in France. Why. Would we do this. We can't afford it. Are on -- liabilities in the US now -- are Trillion dollars 105. Trillion dollars. What does it mean unfunded liabilities -- Well means the promises that Washington has made. You know to us and our parents and our grandparents and on our kids the promises -- that said oh yeah we're gonna have these things for yeah. That we don't have the money to cover 105. Trillion dollars that's basically an overdraft on our bank. And now we want to add to it. A few months ago I see this is -- gets where I remember the president saying that we were in a fiscal crisis that we may not be able to reverse listen. Our nation will sink deeper into a crisis that at some point we may not be able to reverse all right so in. All the sense that none of our founders would -- understood. have said the best thing we have to do is spend a trillion dollars on a stimulus. And he promised us that our unemployment would stay under 8%. Well now it's ten point 2%. He said that couldn't happen. If we passed the bill that he wanted which was a trillion dollars or almost we did. How is America supposed to feel confident that this time Washington will get it right. I don't and by the look at the polls I don't think most Americans feel they could get it right either I mean just look at the track record. In 1967. The house Ways and Means Committee this is the place that -- Charlie Rangel is. Currently overseeing they predicted future Medicare would cost only about twelve billion dollars. The actual number was 100 -- ten. and year it was over 400. Billion dollars you see they estimated. Wrong. Now -- estimated they've billion dollars would last for months with cash for clunkers it was broke in a week. Social Security is going to be bankrupt in thirty years if we make it thirty years. Obama has proposed at least ten trillion dollars in welfare spending now. And yet now he's in China is he's as for -- I am sorry season as -- showing how strong we are to China. He's now acting like somehow or another he's being fiscally responsible he keeps using the term deficit neutral love this one."

" Congress needs to know that. When I say this has to be deficit neutral I mean. I wo;; not sign a health care bill that is not. Deficit neutral this can't add to our deficit -- it got to be deficit neutral -- This one's gonna make sense but this one they have a problem with this is like I don't know how many millions of words. This one in the Second Amendment has ten words and people can't figure that one out."

" But this one's definitely going to be. Deficit neutral. How exactly do you do that deficit neutral oh I remember they're gonna pay for this with savings. Well this sounds a little like and got a bridge for you'll love Brooklyn I want date you know I'm saying but I wanna be fair to the president. So today early this morning at 7 o'clock I got our researchers on the job and we have compiled a list are we ready with a list. We have compiled a list of all of the times government programs. Have successfully saved money and here is the list."

" Now we can that we didn't find -- -- anything we did find his cool arrow, hey but that's it. -- I'm one of those old fashioned people that do the crazy wacky thing called saving. Now I think you're doing that more and more as things are going on because you're seeing that it doesn't make sense on how we've been living the government doesn't understand this savings thing. Let me explain it to them if I want something I set money aside and then I buy it, I know it's a radical idea. Now here's the question no politician will bother answering. If this bill doesn't kick in till 2013. Which is so convenient because isn't that a year after the next presidential election. Coincidence I'm sure why not they're gonna say order to save money you know to be able pay for it, yes. Why not let's do this. Why don't we see if you can -- Actually cut the money in savings. That you promising are coming our way why dont you do that and make the bill conditional I'm sure are we. out of paper after this, add little phrase -- you can get this in less the savings have actually been accomplished before we commit. To any thing I know oh my gosh, it's just another radical extremist idea. Another question again one of those hateful old fashioned types but when I hear a trillion dollars I'm thinkin'. That's a lot of money I'm thinking you know how many rolls -- royce's to you buy that. But by their own admission this plan is not a Rolls Royce plan it doesn't even cover every one. As many as thirty million people will still have no insurance."

" I mean we've heard about all of the problems that the other people have already had all around the world that have tried this solution. Doctors that you now have a lottery in Canada you wanna see a doctor I hope you get the right number because there's a literal lottery in Canada to go see a doctor. The 4000 babies that are born in the hallways of Great Britain because they don't have enough delivery rooms and of course the group doctors visits. If you have the sniffles you're gonna get together with a group of people that have the sniffles and then you'll all go to see a doc one doctor together. -- -- H -- -- yeah, well that's third world service it's called Romney care in Massachusetts. It is the same story everywhere this has been tried so. We give them the Rolls Royce money and we get a peugeot -- instead and one that's not even running. It doesn't make sense ah but wait I almost forgot it's purple day on the Glenn Beck program. Let me some in the purple shirt people there getting there they are yet you've got a problem what See they're not happy because none of these stats add up. In unless you're wearing a purple shirt special interest could it have something to do with special interest."

" How about AARP. AA RP is strangely for this plan Been trying to figure this one out. Even though a majority of seniors oppose it therefore it. Now it's pretty obvious that cutting 500. Billion dollars from Medicare probably won't help the seniors you know already on it. But may be AARP wants it because of the estimated twelve million seniors. Who will now need to purchase expensive Medigap insurance that's offered through wait for it wait for it. Attorneys are complaining have you notice that. Not a single that nobody said a word about tort reform. Isn't tort reform seem like it should be part of something. This huge you no, attorneys are licking their chops because it's gonna open up a whole new area of litigation. You see before attorneys who sued health care insurance companies for denied a medical care were only entitled to the cost of the service which was denied. But under this legislation. Attorneys could sue those same insurance companies not the government. Just the insurance companies the private guys for pain and suffering lost wages wrongful death pain and suffering. See may I -- I translate. BS into English from time to time I believe. Pain and suffering is gobs of cash. That's what this is about the attorneys are gonna make a whole lot of money and they're gonna put those industries out of business. Now what about the fence sitters in congress -- those last minute yes votes what convince them what was on page 1672. That they went oh my -- gosh I'm suddenly for a this. Well representative -- Gao down -- -- GOP vote. He said it was promises of future support for New Orleans. Representative Dennis Cardoza was assured he'd get drought assistance for say the state -- Dennis. oh you get that -- drought assistance, -- for -- Michael Good -- he's from Maine he was one over with them what did he say it was set. Personal coaxing from the president. Could I show them -- purple shirt people the If it. Personal coaxing I believe my grandfather -- called it that brides would've scare tactics. You see these people don't care about what their constituents want. You remember the polls we don't want this we're consistent on it. There on the take and guess who they're taking from. And the biggest winner in the health -- sweepstakes here it is sweep unions. SE IU and Easter OK don't ham it up now. Andy Stern the president of SC IU a union of 2.2 million people. Leads the White House visitors list of 22 visits he's bend to the White House more than anybody else. So what is -- the president -- any -- it about together. Or and Andy Stern -- to Before debating members. They I talked to Stern, SEIU you know all hall meeting but -- talk to Andy -- not your he'll and I don't -- Andy Stern. He consults -- Andy Stern at least 22 visits to the White House stern by the way represents 2.2 million Stern Let me just give you an idea here there are three million people who gathered together at their set every day and watch this television show. This show three million people. Could you imagine if the president of the United States said the person I talk -- still on the issues though the economy. And national offense is Glenn -- of Fox News and I was Beck most frequent visitor of the White House and I had all of those visits can you imagine that. No one would stand for no other nor should day. The president shouldn't be talking to they. who leads a group who leads one million or two million or ten million. He's here to lead the entire group it used to be called. In my old -- America justice for all. The reason fashioned continue to push for this when you were saying no clearly is because you're not the one that they're actually listening to. In less you're wearing one of those un shirts. I said this well over a year ago maybe two years ago. The unions are in trouble. They desperately need government health care because they've promised far too much. Huge benefit packages massive retirement pensions had -- union scrambling to unload the have the guess who the lucky recipient of that burden is. You. How could he do that. Doesn't make sense. Remember though his life's work is not about you. When he had some passion there -- Boy he had some been doing didn't he. work of SCI you work for those 2.2 million SEIU -- we know the president has a lot in common apparently -- Andy Stern and his goals but do you. Let's refresh what are the goals of Andy Stern and SC IU."

So the question is how is everyone gonna share in the wealth I think after we get through. This health care situation -- and finally. Solve this problem 223 years you know we -- gonna see a change of our labor laws okay so how is it that we all share the wealth and for what Karl Marx said. And a 223. Year mistake I think that he was talking about a 233. Year mistake which would be America. How much influence does Andy Stern and the SCI SEIU -- over Barack Obama. Something that you can do that would be positive if you happen to agree with me. Some members of congress are on the fence including senators Ben Nelson blanch Lincoln Mary land -- call. It only if you live in their districts called and asked them. What is it that you've been promised. What's in it for you. Remind them that you'll be listening and watching. And if they come out for this they really should have really good explanation because. I don't they lived in my district. I would. Think would swear if I mean -- even I was -- I would come back as a ghost and campaign against them. You see right now the only thing these people want -- to get reelected and they're afraid that they have more fear in the big purple monster. Then faith. In we the people. You speak without fear tell them no means no. But look out be warned if you do the big purple SCI you monster doesn't like -- and isn't used to taking no for an answer.
