Flood Fears

" A Fox News weather alert remnants of tropical storm -- causing heavy rain and flooding along the east coast in Virginia Beach. Rough seas and heavy winds keeping the Coast Guard busy crews there working to prevent a grounded barge from hitting in nearby fishing pier. And the floodwaters have pushed inlet forcing many to evacuate their homes."

Apparently he was a beginner but even experts are being urged to stay away."
