That's five point 4% tax that would include the capital gains tax with a Wall Street Journal reports quote. Today's capital gains rate of 15%. Would bounce back to 20% because the bush tax rate repeal. And then 12425. Point 4% with a surtax. That is least 1619%. Increase over night -- new taxes. On 69%.
