" You're absolutely right what we did this through the years we've learned how to. Worker animals using positive reinforcement Wii is actually no negatives and and do that we've built these relationships built on trust them. Of courses I started to have children and this is my eldest son -- he's 22. We use the same concept although you do training animals and people different the concept say the same. We've set -- up for success we reinforce the when he made the right choices so you aren't in his life to do the right things to get attention instead of doing the wrong things to get attention."

" Tony I guess it could be kind of a compliment that tear is easy to train as a killer whale hunt. But obviously you feel like your dad mom did a good job parenting you wanna look at some of the tips that I missed so fascinating with the comparisons -- possibly be the first one is. Setting kids up for success so Cody how did your dad do that for you like he did nothing else."

" Well yeah they always put -- positions to succeed rather then you know it's what this possibility of failure. And that makes it much easier to a two reinforce the positive when I'm on a more easily to succeed such as that. Also chuck ignore or -- do record bad behavior so uncle he did something bad you would never reinforce that."

" Right we didn't have. It really was based on what he did wrong to immunity. It is having a temper tantrum. We put him at a time out and play calm themselves down and we tried to reinforce that the least amount we could and then when he calmed down that we brought about explained to them. What he should have done what we explain to what he should have done and and when he started to do those behaviors. We re enforcing for doing the right thing so we brought the least amount of attention when he did things wrong when he put away -- time -- Well do you really dumb but you do put yourself in a situation where the wells are doing some different correct we really ignore it we just move on and we interestingly. Simply redirected to another behavior they can succeed yet."

" Right exactly and and the final tip is reward -- good behavior. Happens and that's who you really do it and SeaWorld and that is if the killer well jump through the flaming hope for something like that. Give them a great big fish as side as a reward you -- I'm not."

" Well if it's more than just fish is your relationship but rewarding as the most important process and all of this. How many times do we go through life for people are doing the right things and we simply ignore because we think that's what somebody should do that. We should based on behavior science we should reinforce those behaviors so we can increase it -- it works very effectively with animals and kids."
