There's say contingent that just think what we have to be able go anywhere line and I like you know there is plenty of places where you can go. Let's leave some places that we protect. And here's another fact that a lot of -- vehicle users to get all up in arms adaptive. Our ranchers and farmers. This bill has such a component of protecting water is the continental divide sort of friends right through the middle of the ecosystem. And by -- protecting those -- up near the continental divide we keep water high up. Later in the season when it's most needed and as a person you know lives on a ranch and who uses that you know sort of -- flowing -- quarter irrigating. On my ranch I understand how it works then and we get these Stroud thing. Later in the season when when the water authority comes down we have a lot less water this bill would hold that water up there. And -- people who are knowledgeable about farm farming and ranching. When they see that they go right. It's the water."

You know the deficit and then you know that this rhetoric that -- time but meantime we are coming out of the the recession. And jobs there are -- as well that things to come up but their -- And I would ask people who own small businesses who were sort of thinking well you know this is no way to -- the country. To say look -- you sometimes have to borrow money to capitalize your business. And that's what I think America is doing right now and I I would ask people to just. You know take a part -- into the rhetoric and just think about this where on that thing in our country."
