Before we -- good days could somebody point out the good is -- unemployment like a 10%. Mr. President your actions have hurt small businesses and this is important. Because the first stimulus was a failure because it didn't jump start the engine that creates in hard times 80% of the jobs in this country. 80%. What is that engine. Small business. While Biden is opening up the GM plant in his hometown -- special favors -- connections there. Small businesses according to The Wall Street Journal struggled to get loans they're too scared to hire or expand they don't know what happened trade is coming they don't know about health care. And they sit paralyzed in fear of Obama as he gobbles up large troubled sub or restructures the economy. At the same time that he is hurting small businesses he then has the audacity. To go on and pay them."

They are not allowed to make the decisions because they just don't know. What's good for them. Well now we got Tim Geithner he's the guy that's been laughing in the -- behind red areas as he's talking about death penalties -- He now has command over 317. Billion dollars that is still left in the TARP fund. You don't remember the -- Money that you know was supposed to come back and it's going to be -- great investment we're gonna make money on that we'll some of the money has been paid back by the company's it was supposed to repay the taxpayers you know. Us the toolbox -- Geithner has decided that he -- and who invest that money as he sees fit. As he sees fit sorry taxpayers he knows better that he can't figure out Turbotax but he knows what to invest game. May I ask -- question America I can't find that in the constitution is this the system that you want. I have been asking I think reasonable questions tough questions. Very tough questions but reasonable questions about asking him every night apparently -- the wrong ones. Every night I sit here even put phoned him to the White House. We have a phone that is a dedicated line of rights to the White House because the communications director. And everybody else Rahm Emanuel they say that I'm not telling -- I get it wrong all the time I asked them call me. I -- I make a sincere. Pledge to you. I told you this on the day we started on this network. I will lead with my mistakes if I make a mistake I'm not gonna hide it from you -- want to be wrong on some of these things.
