Well you know I've heard I've heard a lot about rationing in news lately but you know what I like to tell people is that rationing goes on today but -- it's not. If it's insurance companies that are making decisions about people's health and what's gonna be covered what's not and I think any -- health care legislation is gonna have to do a better job of making sure that experts from physicians are making those decisions. And another big concern wait times --

Wait times are concerned for every one but what people don't realize is that an -- and safety net hospitals like we have Karen let me and a as well as rural areas where the nearest hospital is an hour and a half away patients are waiting to get the care that they need. By making it more health care professionals more accessible to more patients with good insurance plans.
