" After they previously had said they would not pursue these charges."
" We're going to have reaction and analysis from car rolled just a few minutes but first here is more my exclusive interview with the former Vice President Dick Cheney. "
" They Obama doctrine which is now term being used in just the last week here what he's had to leave find your -- I mean throughout history we have seen. Many instances where -- The free world didn't seem to understand the nature would be below the battle against evil in their time we've watched nazism and fascism and imperial Japan and communism and the terror and to -- carrion isn't now seems to be world battling against terrorism. They've always been those people during those very important periods of history that thought that. We can get along with the enemy if only we would reach out. Piece of our time is. Philosophy -- this America adopting that. Mentality. Now."
" Well I think I think. It would be unfortunate if we fall into that trap because you suspect -- will better question yeah I'm Brendan admittedly poor work three months into the new administration moved. -- lot of happens that a lot has happened. Value for Obama the President Obama credit. That is -- the big issues. Seen administrations. Come to town and only deal with a little incident he's you know this. Confronting them a lot of major concerns here in and -- He's the only present we're going to happen next four years so we hope he's got some degree of success. On the other hand if you sit down and you look at the policies and analyze where this administration join and what they seem to be. Dedicated trying to change. I think a lot of Americans myself included certainly a major questions about that are Manger who views it. Don't think those -- proper courses of action that we ought to be following. And a I think we need to speak out about -- needs to be and national debate should be a national debate I've been criticized because I've. Had the temerity to speak out and -- done a couple of interviews since I left office. I don't find any -- surprising about that. I don't say have been careful not to get personal in terms of my criticisms from my comments. But I think these issues are simply too important to the future of the nation. Forest operated as though. Those of us who disagree. Somehow shouldn't speak out of them and be heard I think we need to be heard."
" The debt is going to be tripled in. In ten years we're going to be paying 806 billion dollars a year to service that -- interest on the debt. Four trillion dollars. This is the Obama budget we have omnibus bill that TARP one TARP to stimulus. What do you think your overall. Analysis of where they take in the country economically from where we war. And where we're going. Well."
" I'm very concerned about am I -- the the tea parties are great and I. Think when you get that kind of grassroots sentiment being expressed. Thousands of people hundreds of thousands of people all across the country. That we'll have an impact on Capitol Hill who have an impact I think on. The political process and that's basically healthy development I worry very much for that we're in that situation now where. There doesn't appear to be any limitation whatsoever in terms of the spending commitments that this administration wants to make. Vast expansion in terms of the deficit but it also says a lot about. What. They intend for the role of government in this society. I'm one of those people who believes that that the greatest part of the greatness of the United States that these are private sector. Tool we use private citizens for ourselves and our companies in the end our economy is essentially. The wonder of the world because in fact it's produced so much force over the years that's not a government that does and that's a private sector. And in the course here of trying to fix the downturn in the economy that admittedly a lot of people are concerned about when need to address some we have had downturns before. I worry that we're seeing a situation where this administration. It's not only committing. -- huge deficits for the future but it is also redefining that relationship between government on the one hand. And the private sector on the other then I think we have can be very very cautious I think we've gone beyond. What regionally we can expect by way of intrusion into practice not limited government your government it's capitals and social Alou is the debate change. -- well I think it has if you've got. Programs -- this size and dimension we started out last year of course we have the issue. On the financial institutions and we put together the tar everybody said that's a big well it was day. But one thing you'd say about it is that the financial institutions are the responsibility the federal government. The Federal Reserve the treasury all regulatory agencies. If there's a problem of the financial. Mechanism in society. Human infants and his government that -- legitimate role where. Now when we get into talking about bailing out individual companies and so forth. Nor -- expansion of government programs without addressing. Huge expansions are already building and before we had any and that's we've got problems now on the -- social security and Medicare and Medicaid. And now we're dumping if all of this comes to pass. He huge additional burden on future generation and it's very dangerous unsustainable. I think so I think -- moment the long term economically. It's a devastating for our society devastating. -- that's the -- start to talk about having to see the the burden on society grow with respect to the size the federal programs -- being talked about here. We already were troubles -- say with Medicare and Medicaid but now we're adding. Trillions of dollars of debt and an additional government spending. And with a few year period of time here. There isn't anyway that adds up to anything other. Then very very dangerous situation for our economy."
" And coming up more of my interview with former Vice President Dick Cheney does he think that we're reverting to a pre 9/11 mentality won't last them."
