" Yeah I was privileged to go to a dinner honoring the navy seals. Indeed in New York City some time ago and I was just absolutely. Amazed at the quality of the caliber of those people I mean they do some amazing things."

" You know agenda that that's not Rambo course and and what they -- is very very smart to begin with number two -- in the service -- some other point some other place before they qualified. Even start the training roughly three quarters of them start the trading will end up going off -- doing other things and so you end up with this very elite unit. Army navy Marines and air force who now work together in fact we were on the very first combined operation out there. With the Marines in the navy and the army work and the air force all working together on this raid that we went on that. Read -- us some extraordinary footage that no one else is ever seen before."

" And you know it's it's so it especially in the case of the release of captain Phillips I mean when you hear what those snipers were able to accomplish I mean they're on. A -- ship at sea taking aim at another -- ship at sea and yet -- apparently three shots. And they were able to take out those pirates and free captain Phillips it's an absolutely amazing accomplishment."

" It is brilliant truly is and and the fact that captain Phillips is going to be getting awful plane and going home to his family in Vermont is a great tribute to the kinds of skills that they have the perseverance. They exhibit in these kinds of the kinds of operations that an end again it's it's -- effort I mean there are all kinds of things done in this operation. That are absolutely remarkable from the use of SUVs to underwater surveillance the kinds of things it. One made sure he's going to be a free man and that dead at the hands of some very very vicious people. Now that's for sure and and these are the forces that we are going to be relying on even more in the future at least according to the Defense Secretary. US special operations command right now as -- 500 seals they've got about an equal number of Marines total command of 50000 it's going to grow the capabilities are increasing. The technology that they have is the very best in the world. And of course it all relies on that human element. He's very smart very well conditioned very well trained. And remarkably committed young Americans and they use this equipment in ways that they're quite frankly most Americans would even think about it's not like. Not quite like going to the gym."
