The whole family seemed a little shy and they had their spokesperson come up after Andrea thank everyone for their support explained that she had learned that if she hadn't spokesperson. Read the statement that she had written earlier today. And the statement in essence thank everyone for their support she said the strength she got from. All of the well wishers helped carry her through these past few days she bank. The the military the navy. The president of the United States war helping to. Approved the operation from the military for carrying out and everyone for. Assisting her husband not only being rescue but in making it home we hope soon safely. No one to answer any questions. And of about three hours after that a family friend came out of the front line after all the press. To leave the premises because they were starting to feel inundated any -- of -- came out the front door the back normally into the driveway wherever. A -- you know they can't group to run across the street get pictures of it in a comfortable with the front yard tie yellow river into the fence or flowers to the tree. All the cruise -- around that person so. They -- believed. Which we did we set up in town and a lot of crews stuck around in the next morning spectacle the state police to clear the rest the press away from. The area so that that from that point forward from Thursday for which he didn't say anything there was a local crew that was in the home. That day getting to video of -- she was waiting for for word on her husband's a condition on her husband's whereabouts. And progress in negotiations whatever and then eventually she visitor can't take this anymore so she. She kicked them out and then had to -- educate everyone else out of the area. Other than that he'll be we've we've talked. Through people -- talked to the family including the reverend of the church across the street from where we were set up for the last few days. And you know by all accounts she's been holding up very well. But as the days wore on clearly you know this was. It became more. More worrisome that perhaps it wouldn't have a happy ending so you know yesterday on Easter Sunday very appropriate. That it would end so well on that day."

While we're debating that here came caravan of media vehicles because someone -- presumably someone inside the house and called the state police and they came and kicked them all out. This was an interesting situation because the property directly across the street from the home. Belongs to the family owned property on both sides of the street and that first day the family I spoke to as a -- the sisters -- all they had given us permission to park. Behind their barn and we -- that truck there are vehicles and -- cable to the corner. They'd give us permission to park their one they rescinded permission for an order either we would have had to be right on the edge of the roadway. And in which case the state police presumably could come along and says hey this is creating a traffic -- you have to move the vehicle. You know it it. There have been times certainly in the past when people have. Maybe they should have left and didn't. And you know that that sort of thing comes up quite often the ethics of of whether he or how you handle certain things and clearly there have been times in my career when I've been. Outside the tea a place of business and summits as accused of something that come outside. And say you need to get out of here and I think I'm on a public street among public sidewalk we have right to be here. And you know that's a very different kind of situation in this case the keyboard accused of a crime they didn't do anything wrong they're simply a family who had someone in serious trouble. Halfway around the world and they were. Huddled together trying to gain strength from each other and didn't want the distraction of media out on the front yard and I think that you know it. In Boston back in nineteen that believes in them in Massachusetts back in 1979. They've built the house. So what we're on here and you know hook up twenty years. Roughly twenty years they've been around. A lot of people in town definitely knew them. If they didn't know the family. Closely than they -- people who did what I heard quite often people was what our kids are different ages and their kids so you know we were appearing at the same time you know in the same grades or whatever but. If you go to small town tight knit community so you know people that would solve them around the stores and stuff over the years in. And they were all united in their support for this family and in some cases that included. Uniting against us you know like you guys shouldn't be here -- the family that sort that we grant that to an addition -- people. Being very grateful that we were there to tell the story I want and that sort of thing before we get to whatever question -- and that is that. Apparently haven't gotten the memo that it's springtime because yesterday it snowed. All day long. And it was about 22 degrees I think so the conditions were miserable but on such a cold wintry day in the springtime it was wonderful she's such. -- agreed outcome to this story."

You know local business owners they're getting you know visits from family friends and am among many of them were welcome no doubt but I mean they were. They were but under siege for the last few days and -- on the faces you know this is of huge relief for them. But you know they still they've been been described as -- you know the normal family living a normal life and they they're their private people and you know -- Clear the spotlight is -- has been blinding them the last few days. We can see you leave it here during. The recently turned. All rights but you've got a lot of I've gone before but now. -- yeah and it doesn't. You you mentioned that I want to mention that while we were outside the house yesterday. Someone inside the house a family friend actually sent me a message on FaceBook. To say that he was watching us outside he wanted to bring everyone a beer. He said we didn't have any secret inside information we really did need this base to come to grips with the enormity of the situation. And he said Courtney I can't wait for the movie he didn't suggest -- play. Richer or anyone else but. The TV they knew that you know that the world was watching. And certainly agree filter family appreciate all the support they got."
