What the contestant needs another time they feel like a few more nurturing side I can shift that so now you know every year on what I didn't really hear that in my eight. I don't could turn that down to -- blowing eardrum out too little too. Yeah -- of -- didn't right now I'm. -- turn that down yeah that's it I'm that's what I do you."

" You've already gone through all that pain -- I have to ask every year and I can't. They we should do something crazy they try to instill in -- something new into the show to you know bring some new life to the show to show just keeps on like a steamroller every year are you the new thing this year or are there some big surprises you can -- on."

" He now I think I'm one of the changes and they're going to be a lot of big surprises and I think and that's great you know the show is now going to top 36. Just be something that's different from last year and one thing that's going to be a good thing we should point -- that you've had an established relationship well you'll. You you gave your demo tape to her ten years ago and then you guys sort of wrote songs. Together and so you haven't developed relationships with each other and you're also a VP at Warner Bros. and co owner of -- music production company so yeah you come at this with a tremendous amount of the Spirit. Yeah I do you know I've worked with so many incredible. Singers from Christina Aguilera to paying to Celine Dion. So I'm bringing all of that experience with me to the judges' table.
