With record breaking snow. Record breaking rain. And higher elevations are sinking in terms of snow levels down to a thousand feet in the cascades. So we could seas one to two feet a brand new snow especially across the cascades into the northern. Rockies and you can see where the bulk of the snow moving Spokane. Who have seen a record breaking snow amounts. Across this region. All winter long has been a short lived winter so far look at the winds as well we've had avalanche danger in this region. And fortunately because the snowpack and we've had warmer temperatures move in. Things are very unstable so the avalanche threat will continue unfortunately throughout the day today. Especially across the western slopes of the cascades and then into the northern Rockies he's our watches and warnings in effect. Winter storm warnings as well as high wind advisories. And then we also have flood warnings for the Portland area. As temperatures are rising. And we also have that avalanche struck the winning continue to monitor. Threat today and tomorrow especially clipper system moving across the northeast bringing just lights amount of snow. I don't think we're going to see any major accumulation across the big cities today. And you can see where that cold air is kind of -- up across the upper midwest and into the northeast so -- how -- here for my friend."
