" Last month the national domestic violence hotline answered it's two millionth call that means two million families have reached out for and received help. From this national organization now members of hotline and others who work to prevent family violence are being honored. So I have a lot of knowledge about this issue because when I worked in Dallas and thirty part series on domestic violence and became immersed in the topic. And so as a part of that we're looking at our our numbers currently have and from July and August and now September 21% increase in calls and that has been amazing and I find that fascinating because a lot of charities in general are struggling during these economic times -- this is sort of a dual effect because the economies affecting the funding for you and your organization is so that's also increasing the problem that you're trying to -- that's right that's right and so what we're trying to do is just make a call. After the community saying. Please help us help others mean basically that's what we're doing this with the hotline has had we've had to cut our staff and our.
