Chilling Call

The stalker. Was following her in her car he was in his car and he was armed with fake gun. Here is some of that chilling call."

And now her family says that 911 operator was negligent in not getting a car to her in all the time she was on the phone. The police department is standing by the dispatcher so who's right. One very disturbing to listen to that poor woman screaming for help every ant everybody -- this thing had had wound up differently including the 911 operator at least but do. Do that does the family have a lawsuit against the operator or the city. That will be tough to do so in case."
