You wouldn't naturally think that alcohol and ice cream mix.  But this Milwaukee classic created by the bartenders at Bryant’s cocktail lounge is as smooth as it gets. Used with permission from Bryant’s cocktail lounge in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz. Creme de Noyeaux
  • 1 Oz. Light Creme de Cacao
  • 2 scoops Wisconsin Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1:

Blend ingredients in a high powered blender, pour in to a small hurricane glass and top with sweetened homemade whipped cream and a cherry.

Note:

If you don't want to use ice cream, substitute two ounces of cream.
