- 5 Perfect Spoonfuls of our Royal White Peony tea
- 1 L hot water (85°C)
- 1 English cucumber
- Lime (optional)
- Gin (optional)
Steep tea in hot water for 4-6 minutes, then strain. Chill tea for 15 minutes.
Fill pitcher halfway with ice, and add sliced cucumber and chilled tea. Use spoon to mix everything together.
