Clos du Bois brings us this festive recipe paired with their new The Joie de Vin Collection by Clos du Bois and the Clos Chardonnay. 


  • 4 oranges (mix of blood oranges, mandarins, and Cara Cara)
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 juiced limes
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper


Step 1:

Peel and cut the oranges and grapefruits into thin slices, removing any seeds

Step 2:

Cut the avocado into wedges and arrange neatly into a bowl with the citrus

Step 3:

Finely chop the green onion and cilantro for garnish

Step 4:

Serve salad with vinaigrette when ready to enjoy with Clos du Bois Chardonnay
