A subtle citrus cocktail infused with lavender bitters, courtesy of Michael de Mono, Beverage Director at Sweet Hospitality Group.


  • 2 Ounce gin
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger (about ½ inch)
  • 1 Ounce honey syrup (1 part honey and 1 part hot water)
  • 1 Ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Bar Keep Spiced Lavender Bitters
  • seltzer
  • lemon twist


Step 1:

In a mixing glass, muddle ginger and honey syrup.

Step 2:

Add ice, gin, lemon juice, bitters and a small splash of seltzer.

Step 3:

Shake gently just to combine.

Step 4:

Strain into a 10 oz glass filled with ice

Step 5:

Garnish with a lemon twist.
