Try this delicious, smooth, and creamy, espresso shake by Shannon from Another Hungry Vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chameleon Cold Brew black coffee concentrate
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Heaping Tbs tahini
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp maca
  • 2 dates or alternative sweetener
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Matrix Fit
  • 1 Scoop vanilla plant-based protein (optional)
  • Ice

Preparation

Step 1:

Place the coffee, water, dates and tahini into a blender and mix until smooth.

Step 2:

Slowly add the pear, maca, frozen banana, and Mushroom Matrix.

Step 3:

Lastly add the protein powder (if desired) and ice, and after blending test for sweetness. Add an extra date or half a banana if you like it a little more sweet.

Step 4:

Serve it poured into a large glass or bottle topped with ground coffee or espresso powder.
