Even if you’re not taking an exotic vacation this summer, you can bring the flavor of the tropics home with the Jungle Bird – a tiki cocktail great for the hot summer days, made with bittersweet Campari.
- 3/4 Ounce Campari
- 1 1/2 Ounce Dark rum
- 1 1/2 Ounce Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup (1:1)
- Pineapple wedge
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
