Talk about a protein packed breakfast that not only looks delicious, but tastes great! Top with Buff Bake's Cookie Almond Butter.


  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2-3 tbsp skim milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tbsp coconut palm sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For a fluffier waffle, you can add 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt.
  • Cookie almond butter
  • dark chocolate chips


Mix first 7 ingredients up in a bowl and put it in a waffle iron until waffle is slightly brown. Slide on a plate and top with Cookie almond butter and dark chocolate chips
