- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup MANSI™ Premium Calamansi Juice
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
Sprinkle minced garlic on the salt and mash with a fork until your get a pasty consistency.
In a bowl, whisk together the garlic paste, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt and MANSI™
Stir in parmesan, parsley and dill
Chill. Drizzle over your favorite greens, along with walnuts and raisins.
