This is not just your ordinary salad. MANSI™ will make your typical salad something to look forward to.


  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup MANSI™ Premium Calamansi Juice
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced


Step 1:

Sprinkle minced garlic on the salt and mash with a fork until your get a pasty consistency.

Step 2:

In a bowl, whisk together the garlic paste, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt and MANSI™

Step 3:

Stir in parmesan, parsley and dill

Step 4:

Chill. Drizzle over your favorite greens, along with walnuts and raisins.

To make a dip out of this recipe, just skip numbers 3 and 4!
