Housemade hibiscus-rose soda, junmai sake, over ice 

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounce Hibiscus Rose Syrup
  • 1 Ounce Tentaka Sake
  • Soda Water To Fill
  • Cucumber Slice or Flower
  • Garnish Tag

Hibiscus Rose Syrup

  • 20 Ounce Sugar
  • 8 Ounce Hot water
  • 2 Ounce Dried Hibiscus Flowers
  • Rosewater
  • 6 Ounce Simple syrup
  • 10 Ounce Frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1:

Ice a Collins glass and pour in syrup and sake

Step 2:

Fill with soda water, then stir using bar spoon

Step 3:

Garnish with cucumber “umbrella” or edible flower
