Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Peeled and chopped mango
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped red onion
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
