A fresh and light, sweet and savory and unbelievably easy to make recipe from the Reluctant Entertainer.


  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 4 cups mixed berries (such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 box Triscuit crackers
  • Sea salt or finishing salt


Step 1

Wash and prepare fresh berries and set aside. Spoon the yogurt into the bottom of a 9x13 pan, baking dish, or individual small dishes or ramekins.

Step 2

Layer the berries on top of the yogurt. Heat the caramel sauce on low in the microwave for 1 minute.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the berry mixture right before you are ready to serve. Sprinkle with a flaky sea salt or a finishing salt.
