Yakitori is about enhancing the flavor of the meat. This simple lamb chop preparation is great for guests or as a simple, fast meal for one or two. 


  • 1 cup Dark mushroom par river soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Green aromatic (recipe below)
  • 1 2.5 oz bone-in lamb chop

Green Aromatic

  • 4 cup Scallion
  • 2 cups Cut garlic
  • 2 cups Cut ginger
  • ½ cup Peanut oil
  • 1/8 cup Crushed chili


Step 1

Marinade lamb chop with ingredients.

Step 2

Grill until medium rare.

Serve to guests plain or with a side of rice.
