The collection’s Honey Drop ($18), is the Barclay Bar’s new signature cocktail, paying homage to the hotel’s seven honey bee hives located on its rooftop garden.
- 1 Whole lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 Ounce rosemary simple sugar
- 1 Ounce Limoncello
- 1 Ounce honey
- 2 Ounce Double Cross Vodka
Rim a Martini glass with vanilla sugar and place an inch of fresh honey comb on bottom of glass.
Shake and Strain mixture and pour into glass.
Top with wooden honey stick.
