Jumpstart your New Year’s resolutions with this super-healthy smoothie! It’s full of antioxidants from freshly brewed green tea and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk

Preparation

Heat water in microwave until steaming. Steep tea bag for 3-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a blender, combine berries, banana, and milk.

Add tea and blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
