- 1 Ounce "Toddy Base"
- 2 Ounce rum (bourbon or brandy work as well)
- 1 part ginger syrup
- 1 part allspice dram
- 600 Grams water
- 200 Grams ginger juice
- 1K sugar
- Combine and simmer for five minutes. Let cool before using.
Add Toddy Base and spirit of choice. Fill glass with hot water and garnish with clove-studded orange peel
