  • 1 Ounce "Toddy Base"
  • 2 Ounce rum (bourbon or brandy work as well)

Toddy Base

  • 1 part ginger syrup
  • 1 part allspice dram

Ginger Syrup

  • 600 Grams water
  • 200 Grams ginger juice
  • 1K sugar
  • Combine and simmer for five minutes. Let cool before using.


Step 1:

Add Toddy Base and spirit of choice. Fill glass with hot water and garnish with clove-studded orange peel
