“This drink was created because we are always trying to push the boundaries of new trends in cocktails. We hit a home run when we created this drink with the combination of vanilla, caramel & Twinkies,” says Harry Elkay, corporate beverage director at Chow Fun Food Group restaurants in Providence, R.I.

Ingredients

• 4 Ounce vanilla ice cream
• 1 1/2 Ounce Triple Eight Vanilla Vodka
• 1/2 Ounce whole milk
• 1 1/2 Twinkies
• Caramel sauce

Preparation

Step 1:

In a drink mixer blend milk, vodka, and ice cream for one minute.

Step 2:

Add one Twinkie and blend until smooth.

Step 3:

Pour into a tall chilled glass drizzled with caramel sauce.

Step 4:

Garnish with half a Twinkie.
