Sean Gibbs comes from a long lineage of genius and derelict cocktail gurus who have taught him the secret and ancient art of inebriation. Sean enjoys long walks on the beach, fast cars, Mozart, and women out of Ross Meyers film.
The cocktail is representative of pre Prohibition cocktails and the fact that honey and lemon were used as a cover up for the sometimes unpleasant taste of home made gin. This cocktail was very well suited for the exquisite palate of the day.
- Lemon juice
2 ounces of gin, ¾ ounce lemon juice, ¾ honey syrup. Shake with ice and strain into martini glass, serve with a lemon twist.
