All the goodness you can find, in one bite sized snack, created by Cotter Crunch.
- 2/3 Cup Regular coconut flour
- 1/4 Heaping cup banana hazelnut Protein Pancakes batter
- 1/4 Cup Coconut or peanut butter
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Mushroom Matrix’s Fit Matrix
- 1/4 Cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Rum extract
- 1/4 Cup Ground banana chips
Grind the banana chips.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add in peanut butter, extracts, and honey.
Mix well, then roll into balls/bites.
Freeze right away then store in fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
