  • 2/3 Cup Regular coconut flour
  • 1/4 Heaping cup banana hazelnut Protein Pancakes batter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut or peanut butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Mushroom Matrix’s Fit Matrix
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Rum extract
  • 1/4 Cup Ground banana chips


Step 1:

Grind the banana chips.

Step 2:

Mix all dry ingredients.

Step 3:

Add in peanut butter, extracts, and honey.

Step 4:

Mix well, then roll into balls/bites.

Step 5:

Freeze right away then store in fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
