- 5 Eggs
- 1 Cup Fresh cream
- Salt & pepper
For muffins garnishment (use any of the following):
- 6 Slices of eggplant
- 6 Dry tomatoes
- Smoked salmon
- black pearls with balsamic vinegar of Modena La Secchia Antica Acetaia
Put into bowl the eggs, fresh cream salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients. Prepare the muffin molds and fill them a half with the compound; add the garnishment and put into oven for 15 minutes to 400°F.
