Hunky actor Gerard Butler, best known for flexing his abundant muscles in "300," is quietly offering up his Los Angeles home for lease ($15,000 a month) or purchase ($4.4 million), Variety reports.
The Spanish Revival -- esque home sits on a hillside in the Los Feliz neighborhood, and was picked by the Scottish star in 2007 for $3.25 million. While it's not officially on the market, the $4.4 million asking price would place it among the 10 most expensive homes currently for sale in the 90027 ZIP Code.
The three-story, 4,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four baths. It features a turreted entry, beamed ceilings, and a flat backyard with swimming pool and spa.
Variety says Butler, who's currently filming "Hunter Killer" with Billy Bob Thornton, also owns a three-bedroom flat in Glasgow and a 3,300-square-foot loft in Manhattan.
Butler, 46, studied to be a lawyer before pursuing acting. At 30, he moved to L.A. and won parts in "Dracula 2000" and "Tomb Raider 2″ before rocketing to A-list status with his role as King Leonidas in "300."
