19-year-old Kylie Jenner is many things: a reality TV star, younger half-sister to Kim Kardashian, makeup mogul, and Instagram celebrity with a huge following. It's now time to add "serial real estate buyer" to that list.
In a little over a year, Jenner has purchased four multimillion-dollar mansions in Southern California. Her latest buy is the largest yet.
Jenner recently closed on a $12 million, 13,200-square-foot mansion in the gated community of Hidden Hills. The home sits on 1.43 acres and has eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, TMZ reports.
The two-story, newly constructed Cape Cod -- style home sits near the end of a cul-de-sac, and within a stone's throw of the quirky (some say haunted) Los Angeles Pet Memorial Park in Calabasas.
The home features an open floor plan centered around a chef's kitchen with two islands and stone countertops. The kitchen opens to a great room. Outdoors, a covered patio leads to a fire pit, large pool, and spa.
The home includes a circular driveway, six-car garage, custom theater, game room with wet bar, office with fireplace, gym, massage room, and en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom features an all-stone bathroom and large balcony.
If that weren't enough, there's a guesthouse that rivals the average family home, with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, sitting room, private entrance, and courtyard. The property was initially listed for nearly $13 million in November 2015.
Hidden Hills is an exclusive community popular with celebrities, including Jenner's immediate family. Other celebrities who've reportedly owned property in the community include Drake, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, and Ozzy Osbourne.
Jenner's other Southern California real estate buys have included a 4,851-square-foot "starter home" in Calabasas, followed a few months later by a 7,040-square-foot, $6 million mansion in Hidden Hills. In August, she bought a third home, next door to her mansion, which reportedly serves as her office. She closed on her latest home in late September, public records show.
Jenner is the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. She has nearly 76 million followers on Instagram, with tens of millions more on Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter. The teenage mogul also runs Kylie Cosmetics and a fashion and lifestyle app.
