Newly platinum blond Kylie Jenner, whose every move is being chronicled during New York Fashion Week, has set up shop with sister Kendall Jenner in a luxe Tribeca penthouse.

The Real Deal reports the dynamic duo are simply renting the three-story unit, but other outlets are reporting the youngest Jenner may have purchased the triplex for $7 million, which would seem to be a steal given the unit's list price.

Located at 15 Leonard St., a boutique building with only six units, the penthouse in question is a 4,575-square-foot, five-bedroom condo owned by mega developer Ron Moelis, who reportedly has his hand in $4 billion worth of real estate. The apartment features a whopping six outdoor terraces, one of which is connected to Taylor Swift's apartment.

Speculation is swirling that the sisters, Kim Kardashian's younger half-siblings, could be paying as much as $28,000 a month for the unit in the exclusive building. The condo reportedly has been on the market for as much as $18.5 million.

In case you can't get enough of 19-year-old Kylie (we certainly can't!), the reality star/model/makeup mogul has already made a series of stunning real estate moves this year. She plunked down over $10 million in total for neighboring homes in the Kardashian stronghold of Calabasas, CA. She also put her first purchase in Southern California up for sale in June for $3.9 million, but recently shaved a cool $300,000 off the asking price.
