Actors Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are fully committing to their roles as East Coast denizens. The celeb couple are ditching yet another property in Southern California -- their Hollywood Hills home is now on the market for $3.5 million.

Earlier this year, the couple sold a prestigious property in Hollywood to makeup maven and Kardashian affiliate Kendall Jenner for $6.5 million. The duo's Ojai retreat, which was listed last November for $4.25 million, was recently relisted for $3.25 million.

As for their latest real estate production? It's a walled, single-story contemporary at the end of a cul-de-sac with canyon, mountain, and city views, says Variety. The 3,500-square-foot, four-bedroom house has been recently renovated and features vaulted ceilings, light wood floors, and a great room with a brick wall fireplace. The huge white kitchen features a wide breakfast bar and subway tile backsplash.

Records show that the duo bought the house two years ago for $2,575,000.

Blunt, 33, earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her hilarious turn as a fashionista who was "one stomach flu away from my goal weight" in "The Devil Wears Prada." Her other film credits include "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen," "Into the Woods," and the upcoming "The Girl on the Train."

Krasinski, 36, is best known as congenial Jim on "The Office." He recently muscled up to play a former special ops soldier in "13 Hours." He's taking on the title role in "Jack Ryan," Amazon's upcoming series based on the Tom Clancy novels.
