Singer-songwriter Josh Groban, who's making his Broadway debut this fall, has finally jettisoned his gated estate in Malibu, CA, for $3.75 million, says the Los Angeles Times.

The singer has been trying to sell the 3,300-square-foot, Tuscan-style house on 2 acres with mountain views for nearly six years. It features a two-story entry hall, living room with wood-paneled walls, and ironwork stair and landing rails. The property also boasts a lighted tennis court and a pool with spa.

The singer snapped up the sweet house in 2005 for $4,125,000. After four years of Malibu life, he listed the Point Dume property for $6.1 million in 2010. He reduced the price a few times over the years, but ultimately let it go for less than what he paid for it over a decade ago.

Groban, who began his career as a stand-in and rehearsal singer for tenor Andrea Bocelli, has made his mark as a mainstream singer, songwriter, and actor. He has reportedly sold over 25 million records worldwide.

In the fall, Groban will play the role of Pierre in Broadway's "Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812." He's currently touring the country in concert with Sarah McLachlan.
